Donation podFLOW All Levels supporting Pride Pads with Tunde Borrego

Join Tunde Borrego for this special podFLOW class, where your practice extends beyond the mat. Embody the true spirit of breath-synchronized movement while raising awareness and support for Pride Pads, a nonprofit dedicated to providing menstrual products and health education to girls in Cameroon. Begin with Sun Salutations to warm up, then move through sequences that build strength and flexibility, all set to music. This all-levels class is taught at room temperature with a focus on proper alignment and safety.

This class is free to register, but we encourage participants to make a suggested donation of $24 at check-in — the cost to provide sanitary products to one girl for an entire year through Pride Pads. Your support makes a lasting impact. Thank you for practicing with purpose.

Yoga for the Vagus Nerve: A Transformative Journey to Strength Resilience, Relieve Anxiety, and Restore Balance Workshop

At its core, therapeutic yoga bridges a path of healing between the psyche and the body. It allows you to attend to the interrelationships between mind, emotions, physiology, and behavior while inviting you recognize the inherent wholeness that resides within your spirit.

Each workshop can be taken a la carte or as a combined unit. Please enroll in any and all sessions that interest you!

Dr. Arielle Schwartz brings over twenty years of experience as a trained somatic psychotherapist, trauma treatment expert, and yoga instructor. Through the lens of polyvagal theory, you will learn how the vagus nerve is a bidirectional information highway between mind and body. More importantly, you will learn to fine-tune mental and physical health with breath, movement, and awareness practices.

Session #1: Discover


This class emphasizes yoga practices that invite you to notice the cues within your body and mind that provide you with feedback about your current nervous system state. Together, we will practice basic vagal toning exercises that can easily be integrated into any yoga class. Experientially, we will explore the vagus nerve as it travels through your body and build your capacity for balance with conscious breathing, self-applied touch, and gentle movements.
