“ Yoga Pod’s podFit Teacher Training helped me to uncover a talent and confidence I didn’t know I already had inside me!”

I have always enjoyed being a student of podFIT but never thought I could learn how to teach a class myself. The lead instructors were knowledgable and supported me every step of the way. I left this training feeling empowered and inspired in a way I haven’t felt in years!
