Kelly McDermid
Kelly brings high energy, great playlists, and just the right amount of challenge to every class. Students can expect fun sequences and coaching that encourages you to hold or pulse a few seconds longer. With a background in yoga sculpt and a love for group fitness and movement, Kelly focuses on building strength, confidence, and an “I can do hard things” mindset. She’s right there alongside her students, hyping them up, embracing the challenge, and reminding them they’re stronger than they think.
Outside of the studio, Kelly is a high school special education teacher who is passionate about helping students build confidence and independence. When she’s not teaching, she enjoys hiking, trying different fitness classes, sipping matcha, and getting creative with pottery.
