You’ve Been Practicing. What’s Next?
This training goes far beyond learning how to teach. It’s an opportunity to deepen your practice, build real skills, and experience meaningful growth — both on and off the mat.
What You’ll Get From This Training
A deeper connection to yourself
You’ll build awareness, confidence, and perspective that carries into your everyday life — not just your time on the mat.
A program that compliments your schedule
With a part-time schedule and a blend of in-person and self-paced learning, this training is designed to work alongside your real-life commitments.
A strong, supportive community
You’ll be surrounded by people who are on a similar path. The relationships you build here often become one of the most meaningful parts of the experience.
A more intentional, informed practice
You’ll break down alignment, understand the “why” behind the poses, and start to experience your practice in a more personal and purposeful way.
EXPAND YOUR POTENTIAL. IGNITE YOUR HEART. EMPOWER YOURSELF.
Practical tools to teach with confidence
From sequencing to philosophy, you’ll leave with the skills to lead a safe, thoughtful, and effective class — if teaching is something you want to pursue.
“ Experiencing my 200hour YTT with Yoga Pod was one of the best decisions
I have ever made.”
The main and guest teachers were incredibly knowledgeable, highly encouraging, and deeply passionate about yoga and teaching. The material was exciting and supportive for my learning and development as a student and teacher. Best of all, I felt deeply cared for and connected to the community of my YTT family both during the training and as I began and continue teaching for Yoga Pod. My training with Yoga Pod was the foundation of my professional and personal growth on and off the mat.

Meet your Lead Teachers! 👋
Stacie Finucan
-
Stacie Finucan is a singer and lover of mythology who fell into yoga because of her mother's dream -- and that changed the course of her life. After completing the Bikram Yoga teacher training in 2004 and her first Baptiste Power Yoga training in 2005, Stacie opened Solar Yoga with her family in 2006. Since then, Stacie has run studios, taught full-time, and led workshops, trainings, and international yoga retreats. Stacie's classes are infused with her passion for bio-mechanics and talent for weaving words, both of which allow her students to get out of their minds and dive deep into body and spirit. When Stacie is not in the yoga room, she is blissfully immersed in her home life with three amazing children, loving husband, and menagerie of pets.
Tearson Bickmore
-
Since 2009, Tearson has been guiding students on the mat with an approach that blends strength, mindfulness, and curiosity. She teaches with the belief that yoga is not only about physical movement, but also about cultivating a deeper relationship with breath, body, and self. Inspired by her background in Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Anusara, Hatha, Yin Yoga, breathwork, and meditation, she invites students to explore the balance between discipline and ease, strength and surrender.
Over the past two decades, Tearson has studied with a wide range of teachers who continue to inspire her path, including Gioconda Parker, Christina Sell, Noah Mazé, Gina Caputo, Tiffany Cruikshank, and Max Strom. Her classes are known for their dynamic flow paired with clear alignment cues, steady breathwork, and moments of stillness that encourage self-reflection. Students can expect to be challenged while also finding space to soften, connect, and discover a greater sense of balance.
In addition to her yoga teaching, Tearson is a certified personal trainer, avid runner, cyclist, and fitness enthusiast who brings a holistic perspective to movement and wellness. She lives in Longmont, Colorado, where she is a devoted mom to her two amazing daughters and enjoys the lively company of her beloved animals.
