Jordan Floyd
Born and raised in Texas, Jordan discovered Bikram yoga when she was 15 as a way to connect with her mother during the tumultuous times of adolescence. She has since dedicated over half of her life to the practice, study, and teaching of yoga.
In Jordan's classes, you will find yourself immersed in a nurturing, lighthearted, and encouraging environment. Where, through breath and movement, we heal our body and minds; therefore strengthening the connection between them. She welcomes every body and every soul to her classes.
As someone with a mild speech impediment, Jordan never imagined herself speaking and leading publicly. She inspires others to be authentic and courageous, so that we may continue to show up and do the things we love despite perceived setbacks.
In 2011, she took her first teacher training with CorePower - a Power Vinyasa intensive where she discovered a piece of her Dharma, and met some of her most inspirational teachers. She completed her 200hr training in 2014 at Namah Shivaya Yoga, a Hatha studio in Dallas, TX. Every year, she steps into the seat of the student to deepen her knowledge through trainings, workshops, and motivational teachers all over the world.
