Jo Marchi
Jo Marchi has been practicing yoga since 2012 and immediately fell in love with what the practice did for her emotional and physical well-being. After completing her 200 hour power yoga teacher training, Jo found that she wanted to share the practice of yoga with everyone! She believes that yoga should be fun, in addition to the inspirational, physical and mental benefits of the practice. Yoga is the perfect complement to any exercise routine and is available to anyone, no matter what their flexibility. She is certified in Vinyasa, yin/restorative, Hot and Fit styles and loves to teach them all.
