Juli Dabiero
Juli’s journey on the yogic path began when she was pregnant with her daughter Lily 18 years ago. She has endured and overcome many painful challenges due to her undying commitment to time on the mat. Yoga has kept her healthy and injury-free through years of racing triathlons and trail running. Juli’s classes are light-hearted but challenging and focus on principles of alignment, but most importantly she encourages her students to tune in to their own personal needs and practice with an open heart and mind and not take themselves too seriously. Her studies and trainings consist of a variety of yoga styles (including Forrest, Vinyasa, Power) and she brings elements of these influences to her teaching, along with her passion for people. Juli is a lifelong student of yoga and yogic principles and is continually humbled by the healing benefits of this practice.
