Megan Amaro-Ferguson
Megan first discovered the practice of Yoga over a decade ago primarily as a way to nurture her muscles and joints from years of long distance running. Not only did she find a physical benefit from the postures but she began to find a deeper connection with her breath, mind and spirit. This connection sparked a desire in her to explore Yoga on a deeper level and she completed her 200 hour teacher training in Power Vinyasa in 2023 as well as a 50 hour training in hot yoga the same year.
