Megan Amaro-Ferguson
Megan first discovered yoga over a decade ago as a way to support her body after years of long-distance running. What began as a physical practice quickly became something much deeper. A way to reconnect with herself through movement, breath, and presence. Yoga taught her that strength isn't just something we build in our bodies, but something we cultivate within ourselves.
In 2023, Megan completed her 200 hour Vinyasa Teacher Training and began her teaching journey. Today, she teaches Vinyasa, Hot Yoga, Yin, Strength, and Barre, blending mindful movement with functional fitness to help students feel strong, capable, and empowered both on and off the mat.
Megan is passionate about creating classes that challenge students while encouraging them to trust themselves. Her former career as a Registered Nurse brings a thoughtful understanding of the body and overall wellness into her teaching, allowing her to guide students with both compassion and intention.
When she's not teaching, Megan enjoys spending time in nature finding meaningful connection with the magic all around us,and making memories with her husband and their many pets.
