Originally from Colorado, I have traveled and lived many places to be fortunate to call Northern Colorado my home again. Energy has forever been my first language and permeates most things I do. Pieces of my path that interweave into this work include: A background as a lifelong dancer and gymnast that led yoga to feel like home since my first class in 2007 - lends to a fluid and intuitive teaching style with focus on somatic expression, present moment awareness and embodiment. Sivananda Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training at School Yoga Institute in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia, 2016 followed by Advanced Forrest Yoga Teacher Training with Ana Forrest, Jose Calarco & Cheryl Deer in Denver, CO 2018. Complimented by immersive trainings in Baptiste, Hot and Restorative Yoga. I am also an Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master under Carrie Varela and a Level II Quantum Hypnosis practitioner. I spend the majority of my free time either on my mat, out on a trail with my pup, Chaco, or traveling. I am first and foremost a student and I look forward to meeting you.
