Inspired by the wisdom of Tantra, this Partner Yoga workshop explores the practice of cultivating presence together through breath, movement, touch, and mindful connection. Rather than striving for perfect poses or performance, we will practice the art of arriving—fully inhabiting our own bodies while meeting another with curiosity, awareness, and care.
Through accessible partner yoga, embodied mindfulness, and relational exercises, we will explore how presence deepens connection, transforms communication, and invites a greater sense of aliveness into our relationships.
This workshop is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and discover the richness that emerges when we bring our attention fully into the moment.
No prior partner yoga experience is necessary. Come with a partner. One sign-up per duo — limited to 15 couples
