Join us for a special Heated Mat Pilates Pop-Up led by Bri Leonard! This full-body workout blends controlled, low-impact movement with high-intensity core and strength training to leave you feeling stronger, more connected, and energized.
Using resistance bands, light weights, and yoga blocks, you'll move through a challenging, athletic sequence designed to build core strength, improve stability, and increase muscular endurance—all in our heated studio.
The room will be heated to approximately 90°F with 30% humidity, creating a warm, supportive environment that helps your muscles move more freely while adding an extra layer of intensity. Expect to sweat!
No previous Pilates experience is required. Whether you're a longtime yoga student looking to cross-train or you're curious to experience Mat Pilates for the first time, this class is designed to be accessible while still offering plenty of challenge.
