Stacie Hawkins
Originally from Albuquerque, NM, Stacie moved to Colorado in 2024 after 26 years in Austin, TX. A seasoned yoga teacher with over 1,000 hours of training and continuing education, Stacie has been sharing her passion for yoga since 2007. Her background in Kinesiology and Sports Medicine deeply influences her teaching style, which emphasizes functional movement, myofascial release, and making yoga accessible for all bodies.
Stacie’s podFLOW classes focus on alignment and creative sequencing. Her classes are equal parts challenging and playful, infused with her signature lighthearted energy—and plenty of dad jokes! It's no wonder she's earned the nickname "compassionate ass-kicker."
In addition to podFLOW Stacie teaches podFIT classes that deliver a full-body workout through low-impact cardio and resistance training. Her podFIT classes are designed to improve cardiovascular health, build endurance and strength, and develop lean muscle.
Stacie’s teaching is also deeply influenced by her diverse yoga background, including Anusara, Ashtanga, SmartFLOW, Forrest Yoga, Iyengar, and Bowspring.
When she’s not teaching or taking classes, Stacie loves exploring the outdoors, whether hiking, birdwatching, or simply soaking in the beauty of nature. Indoors, you can find her painting, experimenting in the kitchen, snuggling with her dog Summer, diving into comic books, or geeking out on science-based podcasts.
