Jamie Smalley
Jamie has been a member of our Yoga Pod community for the past 10 years.
She started taking Pod Fit classes at Yoga Pod when they first became available and quickly noticed that
strength training added to her yoga practice and supported her busy outdoor lifestyle of hiking
and running.
Jamie loves her Pod Fit practice and decided to train as an instructor to share her love of the practice with others.
Jamie encourages all students to utilize the truly powerful
practice of uniting mind, body, breath and a lot of sweat to help individuals cope and rejuvenate
from the stressors of their daily lives.
Pod Fit is a special practice in that the practice helps students build strength which will enhance one’s ability to participate in an active lifestyle, add strength to one’s yoga practice or just help you pick up heavy items around the house!
Providing a welcoming space that is fun and challenging is an integral part of her teaching style.
