At the core, Elizabeth’s classes aim to unleash your inner potential and wisdom so you can live a satisfying and whole-hearted life.

In her yoga classes, she uses yoga asana as a tool to empower you in understanding the fundamental forces that shape your human experience. Students can expect an uplifting class which is physically challenging and creatively sequenced. Elizabeth provides alignment based instruction and hands on adjustments.

In her fitness classes, Elizabeth focuses on a strength-based approach encouraging you to build physical and mental resilience and confidence. Students can expect a challenging work-out that will leave you feeling accomplished and energized!

Elizabeth holds her 200 hour certification as well as certifications in podHOT, podFIT and Yin yoga. She has been a regular teacher at Yoga Pod since 2018. Elizabeth’s background also includes a bachelor’s degree in Anatomy and Physiology, professional dance, and snowboard instruction.

Elizabeth wears many hats: Studio Director, yoga teacher, mom, and avid yoga student. She was born and raised in Upstate, New York but moved to Boulder the first chance she got! When she isn’t at the studio, Elizabeth enjoys running, listening to live music, cooking, and exploring with her husband, son, and two dogs.

Connie Holen is a Digital Strategist, Certified Mindbody Business Consultant, Google Search Certified Marketer and Squarespace Circle Platinum Partner specializing in web design for yoga, Pilates, fitness, and wellness studios. As the founder of Pixality Design, she has helped 300+ boutique studio owners build clean, modern, and easy-to-manage Squarespace websites that integrate seamlessly with scheduling software (Mindbody, Mariana Tek, Walla, Momence, and more). Connie’s work focuses on local SEO, brand strategy, and creating websites that not only look beautiful but also attract new clients and support long-term studio growth.
