Once a professional ballerina turned athlete, Barb felt the physical, mental and spiritual benefits that came from practicing Yoga on a consistent basis. As a highly productive Real Estate agent, Barb truly appreciates the peace of mind, calm and the ability to maintain her strength and grace under pressure that Yoga gives her! A continuing education junkie, Barb has many Yoga certifications including her 200 RYT and her Pod HOT certification. She has enjoyed studying Yoga with some of the best mentors available and she brings these many gifts to her classes and students.
