Our bodies are a wonderful, yet sometimes complicated science experiment for each of us! From a place of mindfulness, intuition, and education, we can create a well-balanced life through our physical practice. We can also experience the benefits of a yoga class in a podFIT class when we focus on mental strength while incorporating yogic mindfulness through our breath. I encourage you to find grounding and confidence while you build long lean muscle for your personal yoga practice or beyond. Step out of your comfort zone. Take your personal governor off and see what you are fully capable of doing.
