Rachel Pisula
Rachel discovered yoga in 2012 when a college classmate invited her to try out a hot yoga class. She initially struggled with the hot practice, but she always enjoyed the way she felt after the class was over.
After a few years of consistent practice, Rachel realized the immense benefits that yoga had on her life. She completed her YTT 200 in 2016 while pursuing her Master’s of Public Health degree in graduate school.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys hiking in the Colorado mountains with her dog Emmett, rock climbing with her friends, and reading adventure books. She is so excited to be a part of the Yoga Pod team and share her love of yoga with this community!
