Matt Ellsworth
Matt started his yoga journey while still in college back in Michigan. He quickly fell in love with the lavender-scented towels during savasana and the sense of holistic wellbeing he had not experienced before in other physical activities. He first studied Anusara, then moved into Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative styles of yoga. He feels very fortunate to have been able to learn and teach all around the globe, including India, Costa Rica, and right here in Colorado. With his foundation in alignment and anatomy, he tries to structure classes with a sense of whole-body wellbeing and an approachable levity to the practice. These days, he has found his passion sharing the yin practice and helping students to slow down, reflect, and take the time to get into their bodies.
