Jai Wiglesworth
From a young age Jai felt drawn to guide, lead, and inspire others. This began to manifest in numerous opportunities early in his life. Holding a variety of leadership positions in Cub and Boy Scouts, student government, model UN, and playing lead chair in chamber ensembles & orchestras; Jai learned to listen to others and most importantly to the soft voice of the heart. After completing his initial teacher trainings in 2006 & 2007 the invitation to guide asana practice began. From a foundation rooted in anatomy, morphology, and biomechanics Jai’s passion if fueled by celebrating and encouraging each student’s journey by offering gentle suggestions to align with the “Guru within Your tissue”.
Committed to your health and highest self care, Jai’s base of knowledge and wisdom traverses many planes. With a foundation in empirical science built from an undergraduate degree in physics and lead by curiosity, his journey is accentuated by a deep dedication to genuine nourishment, local food, and culinary creation. In the studio Jai weaves practice together with the more subtle energetics through his strong connection to natural medicine and healing techniques including Reiki, Ayurveda, Yoga, Cranial-Sacral Myofacial Release and more.

The foundation of Your Best Version LLC, a professional, personal wellness service offering 1-on-1 and small group sessions that combines a myriad of techniques including Posture & Alignment Therapy, Mindfulness Coaching, and Assisted Stretching, all in conjunction with his other skills.
