Join Heather MacDonald of Wild Insight for a 2 hour guided Yin practice to honor the season of Winter and the Water Element.
Class will include a deepening into the Water element which teaches us the importance of pausing, resting, and reflecting. Winter's waters guide us to dream, vision and set an intention for the cycle to come.
Class will include a short lecture, guided meditation, journaling, and a yin practice for inner reflection. We will work with deepening into the energies of the winter through the meridian lines and organs (kidneys and urinary bladder) associated with the element of water.
Learn how to attune to nature and the cycle of the seasons to create balance and harmony for your mind, body and spirit. No yoga experience necessary, all props will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own. Please bring a yoga mat, a journal, a pen and a water bottle.
