Kriya Yoga combines breathwork (pranayama), meditation, mantras, and physical postures to accelerate spiritual growth and deepen self-awareness. Rooted in ancient yogic traditions, Kriya Yoga is often described as a science of energy and breath control.
You’ll learn foundational mantras, warm-up postures, and breath of fire before diving into kriyas (practices) designed to stimulate your pituitary gland and release energy stored around your kidneys. You'll also experience a powerful pranayam (breath exercise) to help lift and elevate your energy.
