Taylor has been a student of yoga for most of her life, but began practicing daily 12 years ago and has been a teacher for almost 9. Throughout this time she has fallen in love with all of the multifaceted layers that yoga has to offer. She is trained in 2,000+ hours of varying styles of yoga and fitness that all uniquely influence her teaching style and energy in class. When practicing with Taylor expect to be challenged to step into your inherent badassery, find your edge with playful energy, all while honoring your inner guide. While the asana (physical postures) have so much impact in the practice, the deeper understanding of oneself and the connection we all share is one of the most powerful gems yoga has to offer. This is what continues to bring Taylor back to her mat time and time again and something she hopes for all of her students to experience.
