Kelly McConnell
Kelly started doing yoga in 2000 to recover from endurance training as a runner, biker, skier, climber and triathlete.
She lived at a Zen meditation center practicing and studying meditation
after high school for a full year 1995. Yoga and meditation changed her life - body, mind and spirit - leading her to a lifetime of studying, practicing and teaching healing modalities that
promote wellness.
Kelly had a private practice of bodywork combined with somatic mind-body healing for over 20 years.
She studied Interpersonal Communication in college, has a MA in Education, is certified as a Massage & Somatic therapist 2001, Vinyasa Yoga 2011, Yoga Fitness
2012, Hot Yoga 2015, Yoga Therapy and Functional Movement 2016.
Most recently since
1/2020 she has been studying with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach along with many other well known mindfulness teachers to learn the latest meditation / mindfulness tools that create more flow, freedom and happiness in peoples lives.
Kelly is passionate about fitness and mindful movement practices. She loves to help people create energy, connect more deeply with
themselves and their relationship to all things with a deeper awareness.
