Brie Michalik
Brie feels fortunate to have a long history with Yoga. She began her Yoga practice in 2000 through meditation. The first time she participated in a vinyasa class she was twelve years old, and specifically remembers enjoying crow pose during that class. Today she works as a Yoga Instructor and Personal Trainer. Brie began her career in the fitness industry in 2012 & completed her 200hr-YTT at Soul Tree School of Yoga in 2014. Brie’s high energy and curiosity make for a great Vinyasa class, and her love for meditation adds a unique element to her teaching. Brie is passionate about Yoga and it shows! Her classes provide a mindful approach to movement- encouraging a balance of effort and ease, both physically and spiritually.
