Annie Coyle
Annie Dee was introduced to yogic lifestyle and practices at a young age, and learned her first meditation technique at the age of five. Annie received her first formal yoga training from Yoga Pod Boulder in 2017, and now holds over 700 hrs of training in various styles of yoga and fitness. Annie hopes to inspire devotional and embodied living through mindful movement. Her greatest passions in yoga lie in the Bhakti yoga traditions. She loves chanting mantra with her harmonium and sharing the many layers of yoga available to everyone. Outside of the studio, she loves to dance, explore nature, snowboard, and play volleyball.
