Amanda Rofheart
Amanda discovered yoga as a way to balance her high energy and more intense physical activity. As an
avid snowboarder, and early morning workout fiend, yoga helped give her the physical and mental
pause she needed.
While it started as a way to stretch and
mix-up training, the spiritual aspects had her coming back for more! A number of years later, a dedicated student turned Amanda into a teacher.
She loves the foundations of the asana practice with added challenges, and of course not taking herself too seriously, cracking jokes along the way
