Elise Croasdale
After breaking my knee mountain biking, I wanted to rehabilitate my body safely. One yoga class later and I was inextricably hooked. I love that yoga increases my sensitivity to everything around me. I feel more alive both on and off the mat, and strong and open in my body, balanced in thought and discerning in action. When I teach Vinyasa Flow, Power Vinyasa, or Hot, I get people to move their bodies mindfully so their minds become embodied. I honor each posture with satisfying holds focused on alignment, I encourage my students to move with their breath to realize their full potential, soar effortlessly and enjoy without judgement. I want them to be able to strengthen and open their bodies, blur the contents of their minds and unfold into themselves. I love seeing people a little brighter, a touch softer and fully released.
